Maintenance Period

Intro

Before begining the create schedule process, Section Head need to know that there are 2 methods of inserting a new equipment schedule:

  1. First inserting them manually by clicking on the + CREATE button.
  2. Second, insert it using the Import Excel function by clicking the IMPORT EXCEL button.

To do the manual process Section Head can see the instruction below.
If by any chance Section Head want to enter it by using the IMPORT EXCEL function, Section Head needs to follow the instruction that are available using this link --> Import Pre-Made Data.

Create New Equipment Schedules

1. Go To Manage Equipment Schedules Page

  1. Section Head can click on the Maintenance Period button to go to the Manage Equipment Schedules page.
  2. Section Head can click on the CREATE button to display the Create panel.

2. Create New Schedules

  1. From the dropdown list, Section Head choose what type of equipment that are gonna be created a schedule of.
  2. From the dropdown list, Section Head choose what periods will the equipment need for the creation of the new schedule.
  3. Choose when the start date for the schedule.
  4. Choose when the end date for the schedule.
  5. Don't forget to turn the switch on so the new Schedule will be Active when Super Admin/Planner/Section Head want to use it for creating new Work Order.
  6. After chedcking all the data inputed, Section Head can click on the SAVE button to save the new schedule that was created.

3. Creating New Schedules Finish

  1. The Create New Schedules Procoess are finish, marked with the notifciation the USER got, which is Data equipShcedule created!.
  2. The USER also need to make sure the list are updated with the item the USER had created.
