Assign Role

1. Go to User Page​

  1. Super User can click on the Settings menu to open the dropdown list of menu inside Settings.
  2. Super User then click on the User menu to go to the User page.

2. Select & Give the Role​

  1. Super User Select the username to be given the role.
  2. Super User Click on the + symbol to bring up the Role panel.
  3. Super User Click on the dropdown menu to select a role from the available options.
  4. Super User Select the Role to be given, in this case the role given is Reviewer or usually written as RR.
  5. Super User Make sure the Role given is correct.
  6. If all the process above had done successfully by Super User, then Click Save to save all the progress and the roles given.

3. Giving Role Finished​

  1. A notification will appear saying Update roles of [EMAIL] successfully.
  2. To make sure even more, Super User can check on the Roles column of which USER to see if the Roles are apeared and updated to the USER ot not.
