Tool

Add New Tool

1. Go To Tool Page

  1. Super Admin can click on the Tool menu button to go to the Tool page.
  2. Super Admin can click on the + CREATE button to display the Create panel.

2. Add/Create Tool

  1. Super Admin choose any departement available on the dropdown list. The departement choosen are a department of which the item will be located at.
  2. Super Admin input a name of the Tool that are gonna be put on the department.
  3. Super Admin input a code which represent the Tool.
  4. Don't forget to turn the switch on, so the new Tool will be Active when Super Admin/Planner/Section Head want to use it for creating new Work Order.
  5. After checking all the data inputed, Super Admin can click on the SAVE button to save the new Tool that was added.

3. Tool Created

  • After adding a new tool, the finish process are marked by the presence of the new tool and Active statuss on the list.
  • After adding an existing tool, the finish process are marked by the Active status on the Status column.

Edit Tool

1. Choose Tool That Need to Edit

  1. Super Admin choose on what Tools needs to be edited.
  2. After clicking on the Three-Dot action menu Super Admin then can click on the Edit action menu.

2. Choose What Field Need to Edit

  1. Super Admin edit the Tools.
  2. If Super Admin already make sure that the data inputed correctly, Super Admin can click on the Save button.

a. Deactivate Tools

  1. Super Admin can flick the Status switch to off, if Super Admin want to deactivate the Tools.
  2. Super Admin then can click on the SAVE button to saving the Tools on an Inactive status.

b. Tools Deactivated

  1. After Super Admin deactivate the Tools, a notification will come out which is Data tools [number] updated!, it means the Edit process are sucessfuly save.
  2. To make sure even more, Super Admin can check on the Status column of the which Tools to see if it is on an Inactive state.

3. Confirm Edit

  1. After Super Admin click the SAVE button, a notification will came out which is Data tool [number] updated!.
  2. To make sure even more, Super Admin can check on the list of the Tools if the edited part are updated on the list or not.

Delete Tool

1. Choose Tool That Need to be Delete

  1. Super Admin choose on what Tools needs to be deleted.
  2. After clicking on the Three-Dot action button Super Admin then can click on the Delete action menu.

2. Delete Tool

  1. After clicking on the Delete button, confirmation popup will be shown. Super Admin can choose DELETE button to confirming it.

3. Confirm the Deletion of Tool

  1. Super Admin will got a notification Data Tools [Name] deleted!.
  2. Super Admin can check on the list, if the deleted part still on the lists or not.
