Maintenance Schedule

Create Work Order

1. Open Create Work Order Panel

  1. Super Admin clicks on the Maintenance Schedule menu button located under the Maintenance Period menu.
  2. After opening the Maintenance Schedule page, Super Admin can select any equipment for which they want to create a Work Order.
  3. After finishing selecting, Super Admin can click the + CREATE WO button to open the Work Order panel.

2. Create Work Order

  1. WO Number or Work Order number will be automatically generated by the system, as soon as Super Admin clicks on the + Create WO button.
  2. Same as WO Number, WO Date will also be automatically generated by the system after Super Admin clicks on the + Create WO button.
  3. Super Admin can choose which department the Work Order will be assigned/submitted to. (In this case the task will be given to Power System.
  4. In the Section Head on Duty column, you can choose based on who will be given the related responsibility for the task to be given.
  5. Super Admin can provide the start time for the task to be given.
  6. Super Admin can also determine the deadline for the task.
  7. In this field Super Admin can set the schedule for assigning tasks to be handed over to certain shift technicians.
  8. In this field Super Admin assigns tasks to certain technicians to work on related tasks.
  9. In this field Super Admin can provide a brief description of the task to be given.
  1. After the entire process is considered complete Super Admin can complete the process by clicking the SUBMIT button.

3. Work Order Created.

  1. The Work Order are created, marked with the notification the USER got, which is WO Created.
  2. The USER also need to make sure the list are updated with the item the USER had created.
