Departments

Create

1. Go To Departments Page

  1. Super Admin can click on the Departments menu button located inside the Settings menu to go to the Department page.
  2. Super Admin can click on the CREATE button to display the CREATE panel.

2. Create a New Department

  1. Super Admin input a new name for the new department into the input field.
  2. Super Admin input a code that represents the new department name into the input field.
  3. Super Admin can input a short description for the new department that gonna be created.
  4. Don't forget to turn the switch on, so the new department will be active when Super Admin/Planner/Section Head want to use it for the adding new asset, creating work order and more.
  5. After checking all the data inputed, Super Admin can click on the SAVE button to save the department that was created.

3. Checking the New Department

  1. After saving the new Department USER will got a notification data department created.
  2. Make sure the new department are created successfully by looking on the list with the Active state on the Status column.

Edit

1. Choose Department That Need to Edit

  1. Super Admin choose on which Department need to be edited.
  2. Click on the Three-Dot action button, to reveal the Edit action menu and click it to start the editing process.

2. Choose What FIeld Need to Edit

  1. Super Admin can choose on which field are needed to edit.
  2. Super Admin can choose on which field are needed to edit.
  3. Super Admin can choose on which field are needed to edit.
  4. If Super Admin already sure about the data change, then Super Admin can click on the SAVE button.

Extra:

a. Deactivate Department

  1. Super Admin can flick the Status switch to OFF, if Super Admin want to deactivate the Department.
  2. Super Admin then can click on the SAVE button to save the Department on an Inactive state.

b. Department Deactivated

  1. After Super Admin deactivate the Department, a notification will come out saying Data department [Name] updated!.
  2. Make sure the edited Department are successfully updated by looking on the list it self.

3. Confirm Edit

  1. After Super Admin click the SAVE buton, a notification will came out saying Data department [Name] updated!.
  2. Make sure the edited Department are updated accordingly into the list by looking into the list it self.

Delete

1. Choose Location That Need to be Delete

  1. Super Admin choose on which Department needs to be deleted.
  2. click on the Three-Dot action button, to reveal the Delete action menu and click it to start the deletion process.

2. Delete Department

  1. After clicking on the Delete action menu, confirmation messages will be shown. Super Admin can choose DELETE button to confirming it.

3. Confirm the Deleteion of Department

  1. Super Admin will got a notification saying Data department [Name] deleted!.
  2. Super Admin can check on the list if, the deleted Department are stil on the list or not by checking on the list it self.
