Unit

Create

1. Go to Unit Page

  1. Super Admin can click on the Unit menu button located inside the Settings menu to go to the Unit page.
  2. Super Admin can click on the CREATE button to display the CREATE panel.

2. Create a New Unit

  1. Super Admin insert a new unit into the input field.
  2. Don't forget to turn the switch on, so the unit are active when Super Admin/Planner/Section Head want to use it as a count unit for the Work Order.
  3. After checking all the data, Super Admin can click on the SAVE button to save the unit that was created.

3. Check the New Count Unit

  1. After saving the new Unit USER will got a notification data unit created..
  2. Make sure the new unit are created successfully by looking on the list wht the Active state on the Status column.

Edit

1. Choose Unit That Need to Edit

  1. Super Admin choose on what Unit needs to be edited.
  2. After clicking on the Three-Dot action button Super Admin then can click on the Edit action menu.

2. Choose What Field Need to Edit

  1. Super Admin edit the Unit.
  2. If Super Admin already make sure that the data intputed correctly, Super Admin can click on the SAVE button.

a. Deactivate Unit

  1. Super Admin can flick the Status switch to off, if Super Admin want to deactivate the Unit.
  2. Super Admin then can click on the SAVE button to saving the Unit on an Inactive status.

b. Unit Deactivated

  1. After Super Admin deactivated the Unit, a notification will come out which is Data unit [number] updated!, it means the Edit Process are successfully save.
  2. To make sure even more, Super Admin can check on the Status column of the which Unit to see if it is on an Inactive condition.

3. Confirm Edit

  1. After Super Admin click the SAVE button, a notification will came out which is Data Unit [number] updated!.
  2. To make sure even more, Super Admin can check on the list of the Unit if the edited Unit data are updated on the list.

Delete

1. Choose Unit That Need to be Delete

  1. Super Admin choose on what Unit needs to be deleted.
  2. There are multiple way to delete list of data. Super Admin can choose what the best/easiest to do. Super Admin then can click on either two of the Delete button.

2. Delete Unit

After clicking either of the two Delete button, a confirmation popup will be shown.

  1. Super Admin can choose DELETE button to confirming it.

3. Confirm the Deletion of Unit

  1. After confirming the deletion process, a notification will shown which is Data unit [number] deleted!.
  2. To confirming and making sure again about the deletion process, Super Admin can look at the list if the deleted item are still shown.
