Roles

Add/Create

1. Go To Role Page

  1. Super Admin can click on the Roles menu button located inside the Settings menu to go to the Roles page.
  2. Super Admin can click on the CREATE button to display the CREATE panel.

2. Create the Role

  1. Super Admin insert a new name for the role that need to be created.
  2. Super Admin needs to give alternative name or the initial name for the new name of the role that gonna be created.
  3. Make sure to switch the status to right so the role are active when the Super Admin need to assign a USER with the new role.
  4. After making sure everything is filled properly, Super Admin can finish the role creation process by clicking the SAVE button.

3. Checking the New Role

  1. After saving the new Role, USER will go a notification data role created.
  2. Make sure the new Role are created successfully by looking on the list with the Active state on the Status column.

Edit

1. Choose Role That Need to Edit

  1. Super Admin choose on which roles need to be edited.
  2. Click on the Three-Dot action button, to reveal the Edit action menu and click it to start the editing process.

2. Choose What Field Need to Edit

a. Deactivate Role

  1. Super Admin can flick the Status switch to off, if Super Admin wants to deactivated the Roles.
  2. Super Admin then click on the SAVE button to saving the Roles on an Inactive status.

b. Role Deactivate

  1. After Super Admin deactivated the Roles, a notification will come out which is Data unit [number] update!, it means the Edit process are successfully save.
  2. To make sure even more, Super Admin can check on the Status column of the which Roles to see if it is on an Inactive condition.

3. Confirm Edit

  1. After Super Admin click the SAVE button, a notification will came out which is Data unit [number] update.
  2. To make sure even more, Super Admin can check on the list of the Roles if the edited Roles data are updated on the list.

Delete

1. Choose Roles That Need to Delete

  1. Super Admin choose on what Roles needs to be deleted
  2. There are multiple way to delete list of date. Super Admin can choose what the best/esiest to do. Super Admin then can click on eiher two of the Delete button.

2. Delete Role

After clicking either of the two Delete button, confiration popup will be shown.

  1. Super Admin can choose DELETE button to confirming it.

3. Confirming the Deletion of the Role

  1. After confirming the deletion process, a notification will shown which is Data unit [number] deleted!.
  2. To confirming and making sure again about the deleteion process, Super Admin can look at the list if the deleted item are stil shown.
